Grab your camera, pull on your walking/running/cycling shoes, and let’s see who can complete the full woolly tour of St Albans!
The Prize
One lucky winner will receive a £100 meal voucher for a brilliant local pub, The Portland Arms, right here in St Albans.

How to Enter
- Find all 100 postbox toppers across St Albans
- Take a photo of each postbox topper
- Just the topper is fine, but feel free to smile in it if you like. We love people and pet photos!
- Remember to use our handy checklist to mark off and fill in each creation
- When you’ve got photos of all 100 postbox toppers:
- Send us your full set of photos in one go
- You can do this via Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, or a file-sharing platform of your choice
- We’ll confirm receipt of your pics and enter you into the prize draw.

What if a topper is missing when I get there?
Don’t panic!! The woolly world of postbox toppers is full of adventures…
If you arrive and the topper is missing, snapped, blown away, or otherwise on holiday:
- Take a photo of the empty postbox and its surroundings so we can confirm the location.
- Send that photo instead – it will count as valid evidence.
- We’ll confirm it was one of ours via a quick double-check with our Maker Patrol™.
We don’t want a single diligent topper-hunter missing out if a topper is missing in action!
Submitting Your Photos
Please send photos of all 100 postbox toppers (or however many toppers plus any empty postbox evidence!) as a single batch.
File formats accepted: JPG, PNG, HEIC.
If sending via Messenger/Instagram, multiple messages are fine – we know phones have their own adorable little quirks.
By sending us your photos, you agree that we can share them on our social media (with credit if you’d like, just let us know).
How the Winner Will Be Picked
Once the challenge closes, every VALID entry will be assigned a number.
A random automated generator (like an online number picker) will choose the winner.
We believe this to be transparent, fair, and delightfully free from woolly interference.
Timing
- Competition opens: 1 December 2025 at 9:00am
- Competition closes: 2 January 2026 at 5:00pm
- Toppers will be down earlier, so this allows extra time to prepare your entry!
- Winner announced: by 9 January 2026 at 5:00pm
A Few Final Notes
No purchase necessary.
Under-16s can take part, but an adult will need to submit the entry from the adult account.
Please respect the toppers! A lot of blood, sweat, and tears have gone into creating these postbox toppers. So, please refrain from poking them, sitting on them, wearing them as hats, or anything else along those lines.
