Run by husband and wife Jonathan and Sarah Torode, Excalibur Auctions is a family-owned auction house which was established in February 2016. Stemming from Jonathan being a toy and model enthusiast, he knew there wasn’t a specialist toy auction house for him to buy at locally; a gap in the market for the Home Counties and South East was found and Excalibur was born!

We pride ourselves in our knowledge as collectables and memorabilia specialists, sticking to what we know and offering our skills and expertise to buyers and vendors alike. Our genuine passion and enthusiasm for auctioneering is not only reflected in the results we produce, but also in the saleroom both online and in-person, as we aim to create an entertaining atmosphere for you all to enjoy
Having sponsored a box last year, we were thrilled to be asked to help run the auction of the top 12 locations – it’s what we do best, and providing that service free of charge; raising more than £3000 for the two chosen charities was a fantastic start to the fundraising efforts.
