Athena is a ladies-only running club in St Albans who aim to provide a safe, supportive and fun environment for all abilities, from 0-5K Beginners courses to regular club runs.  At Athena we are more than just a club, we are a community of women who believe in each other, support each other’s achievements and inspire the next runner.  Our club motto is ‘Believe, Achieve, Inspire’ and that is embedded in everything that we do, from club runs and social activities to race days!
